What we collect and why

ABR Holdings Ltd operates this website and the Earle Swensen's reservation service. When you make or manage a reservation, we use your name, contact details, visit date and time, guest composition, baby-chair count and any requests you choose to provide. We use this information to check availability, create and manage your booking, send essential service updates, administer deposits or payments where applicable, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain operational records and meet legal obligations.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the special-requests field. Names, contact details, reservation references and free-text requests are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

For corporate, birthday and other event enquiries, our Sales team uses the contact details and event preferences you provide to discuss food, availability and arrangements. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation and does not subscribe you to marketing.

Analytics and campaign measurement

Optional Google Analytics measurement remains disabled until you consent. If you also allow campaign measurement, the existing Google Ads tag may measure a confirmed reservation; advertising personalisation, Google signals and advertising user-data collection remain disabled. Analytics receives only the public page path and controlled, aggregate events—never raw query strings.

Service providers, retention and security

Service providers that support website hosting, reservations, email, payments and analytics may process personal data only for the services they provide. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act is required.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, or for applicable legal or business purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the means by which it can be associated with you. We use reasonable security arrangements to protect the personal data in our care.

Your choices and contact

Necessary storage is used to operate reservations, maintain security and remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics and campaign measurement can remain off without preventing you from making a reservation.

Accept All Cookies enables only the existing optional analytics and campaign measurement configured on this site. Accept Necessary Only rejects both optional purposes. Manage lets you choose Analytics and Campaign measurement separately; campaign measurement requires Analytics on this website. Save Preferences applies your selection. Closing the panel or continuing to browse does not give consent.

Use Cookie Settings in the footer of any public page to review or change your choices at any time. Choosing Accept Necessary Only stops optional website measurement without clearing your reservation form. This changes future measurement; it does not delete information already collected. Refusals are remembered in this browser using local storage and necessary, host-only consent cookies. Other open tabs stop measurement when they receive a consent change; accepting in one tab does not opt another tab in. Withdrawing optional consent removes accessible Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies without clearing necessary reservation or sign-in cookies.

After withdrawal, reduced permission or an unverifiable choice, an already-started tracker stays disabled for the rest of that page, so earlier queued events cannot resume. Reload when you are ready and make a fresh choice to enable measurement again. We do not reload or reset your reservation form.

Acceptance applies only to the current full page load, including normal navigation within the site. Reloading, opening a new tab or restoring a page from browser history does not automatically enable measurement: a fresh explicit choice is required. Existing saved refusals remain respected. The acceptance record has a maximum validity of 180 days, without renewal from browsing, but even an unexpired saved record cannot enable measurement in a new page load. Local records remain until replaced or cleared by you or your browser.

A current-page acceptance must also match across local storage and both necessary consent cookies. Withdrawing consent also invalidates these saved permission proofs. We try to retain a refusal in local storage and necessary refusal cookies that last up to 180 days. These consent records contain your choices and, for an acceptance, its date—not a visitor identifier. If your browser cannot save a change, optional measurement stays off for that page and we show a save error. If all storage changes are blocked, we cannot guarantee that your refusal will be remembered on a future visit. A future page load still starts with optional measurement off and cannot reuse an old acceptance; allow site storage to remember a refusal.
