What we collect and why

ABR Holdings Ltd operates this website and the Earle Swensen's reservation service. When you make or manage a reservation, we use your name, contact details, visit date and time, guest composition, baby-chair count and any requests you choose to provide. We use this information to check availability, create and manage your booking, send essential service updates, administer deposits or payments where applicable, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain operational records and meet legal obligations.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the special-requests field. Names, contact details, reservation references and free-text requests are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Analytics and campaign measurement

Optional Google Analytics measurement remains disabled until you consent. If you also allow campaign measurement, the existing Google Ads tag may measure a confirmed reservation; advertising personalisation, Google signals and advertising user-data collection remain disabled. Analytics receives only the public page path and controlled, aggregate events—never raw query strings.

Service providers, retention and security

Service providers that support website hosting, reservations, email, payments and analytics may process personal data only for the services they provide. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act is required.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, or for applicable legal or business purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the means by which it can be associated with you. We use reasonable security arrangements to protect the personal data in our care.

Your choices and contact

Necessary storage is used to operate reservations, maintain security and remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics and campaign measurement can remain off without preventing you from making a reservation.

Use Cookie settings in the footer of any public page to review or change your choices at any time. Choosing Necessary only stops optional website measurement without clearing your reservation form. This changes future measurement; it does not delete information already collected.

To ask how your personal data is used, request access or correction, withdraw consent for optional processing, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@swensens.com.sg. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that remains necessary to provide a requested service or meet legal obligations.
